Abstract
Nowadays, the issues of increasing labor efficiency are urgent. The scientists analyze the main directions of efficient use of manpower and methods of improving the management of human resources of the enterprise. At the same time, further research on the specific features of the strategy to improve the enterprise resource management system requires further research. The purpose of the study was to analyze the components of the enterprise’s human resources management system and to study the possibility of its improvement. It is shown that there are three groups of basic means of managing the labor resources of the enterprise: direct, indirect and “quasi-means” and their analysis is carried out. It is revealed that the formation, distribution, redistribution and rational use of human resources in the production is the main content of personnel management, and in its activities should take into account the social and psychological qualities of the team members. The basic components of the enterprise’s labor management system have been researched, their activity has been shown based on the current labor legislation, which regulates the relationship between the employee and the labor collective as a whole and the employer. It is shown that being a system of interdependent, organizational-economic and social measures, the effectiveness of labor management depends entirely on the human factor and requires a strengthening of the role of personnel security. The modern strategy of management of labor resources of the enterprise on the basis of three basic world models is revealed: American, Japanese and EU model. Their positive sides are indicated, which could significantly influence the solution of problems and improvement of the system of human resources management of the enterprise in Ukraine. In particular, to improve this system, new approaches to the training of the HRM institute should be used, bringing together specific expertise, specializations and diverse qualifications, broadly implementing the experience of other countries, and paying due attention to certain changes in legal regulations, systematization of legislation and to continue improvement of labor legislation of Ukraine
