The editorial board of "Social and Legal Studios" accepts for publication theoretical and empirical articles representing traditional and critical approaches to the study of legal aspects in such areas as:
The article should be submitted in English or Ukrainian. The article is accepted only in the original or in a professional translation. Materials translated using online translators will be rejected. After submitting the manuscript for consideration, it is forbidden to change the list of authors.
Articles in electronic format are sent to the editorial board to the email address info@sls-journal.com.ua or through the website Submission.
A separate file with the authors' data is attached to the article. The following information about the authors should be indicated: the first name, the last name, academic degree, position, full official name and legal address of authors' institution, ORCID, contact email address. Starting from 1.10.2022, the ORCID identification numbers of each of the authors of the article must be added. You can create ORCID on the official website.
File names must match the author's surname. For example: Ivanchuk_Article, Ivanchuk_Information.
The receipt date of the manuscript is the date of its receiving by the editorial office. In case of receipt of a manuscript that does not comply with these rules, the editors reserve the right not to consider such material and will inform the authors.
Each article undergoes three stages of assessment: primary check for compliance with general requirements of the journal; check for plagiarism and citation quality; external peer review. Read more about this in the Anti-plagiarism Policy and Peer Review Process.
