The Results of the Experiment on the Formation of Professional Interaction Skills Among Students through the Implementation into Educational Process the Agile Coach System Elements


Abstract

The article presents the results of theoretical and experimental research, which aimed to establish the peculiarities of the formation of professional interaction skills among students at the stage of training. Professional interaction is determined by the skill of the specialist and is necessary to increase the effectiveness of the activity. This especially applies to professional activity of tutors. The analysis of literature shows that at present, the greatest progress in improving the system of establishing professional interaction in small groups has been achieved by commercial software organizations. This is due to the fact that the managers of such companies realized the expediency of using more perfect systems of group work of IT specialists. The study uses the elements of group training in solving professional tasks with the help of Agile coach system. The study lasted from 2014 to 2017 with students of the third year of the Lviv State University of Life Safety, trained in the field of “Practical Psychology”. The results of empirical data for 70 participants of the experiment were worked out. The results of the experiment are based on empirical data obtained from participants who are focused on reaching a significant aim for them like as maximum score in exam, cooperation with the reference environment and professional self-improvement. 92% of the participants in the experiment find the experience they gained in collaborating with the task to be useful. The development of professional interpersonal skills are contributed by average extraversion rates, high rates of professional goals, interests and internment, competence, willingness to work in a cohesive team under the guidance of an open-to-contact supervisor and a key personal factor that determines professional suitability. The conclusion is made on the necessity of implementation and testing systems of group trainings and effective activities in the educational process. The direction of further research is an experimental study of the peculiarities of the formation of professional interaction skills among students in other specialties
