Abstract

The study of the process of forming a mechanism for managing the safe activities of innovatively active enterprises. Having formed an approach to the formation of a mechanism for managing the safe activities of innovatively active enterprises using the methodology of functional modeling and graphical description of processes (IDEF0), we have built a clear system that innovatively active enterprises can apply in today's market realities, will help them adapt their own activities in competitive requirements of the market environment and ensure the sustainability of its own functioning in the context of ensuring security. The process of forming a mechanism for managing the safe activities of innovatively active enterprises is iterative, which primarily means that it is characterized by a high level of flexibility and variability under the influence of external and internal factors, which leads to a constant assessment of results. Taking this into account, the choice of the methodology of functional modeling and graphical description of processes (IDEF0) for the formation of the above-mentioned mechanism is the most optimal way of forming a system for managing the safe activities of innovatively active enterprises. The importance of using the functional modeling model and graphical description of processes (IDEF0) for the formation of a mechanism for managing the safe activities of innovatively active enterprises has been substantiated. A hierarchy of blocks of the IDEF0 functional model of the mechanism for managing the safe activities of innovatively active enterprises has been formed. The decomposition of the first level of the context diagram of the IDEF0 model of the formation of a mechanism for managing the safe activities of innovatively active enterprises is proposed. In today's realities of doing business, it is difficult to always divide management activities into clear and consistent stages. It often happens that a large number of stages of the presented model can occur in parallel. In addition, not always the first application of the presented model in a real enterprise can bring one hundred percent results
