Abstract
The article examines the peculiarities of the interpretation of the concept of “innovative activity of enterprises”. The sequence and interrelation of such categories as innovation potential, innovation action and innovation activity are analyzed. The structure of the process of innovation activity is studied. The rhombus of innovation activity is analyzed, which is formed from the following elements: receptivity to the new – provision of resources – communication and organization of the innovation process – a measure of competence. In studying the specifics of management of innovation-active enterprises, an analysis of the features and comparison of differences between innovation and other types of economic activity is carried out. The structure of the process of management of innovatively active enterprises taking into account aspects of security activity is developed. The prospect of further research is a thorough analysis of the features of the process in the management of innovative enterprises, taking into account the impact of global risks and threats. It is determined that the innovative potential of the enterprise is the basis of its innovative activity, it is substantiated that it should be considered as a combination of resources and management methods to achieve goals in tactical and strategic dimensions. The peculiarities of the dominant influence of innovative activity of employees on the effectiveness of the innovation process are analyzed. The prospect of further research determines that for the effective implementation of the management process of innovative enterprises it is necessary to form an appropriate organizational structure and adopt a number of relevant regulatory documents that would clarify the responsibilities of employees, level of subordination, opportunities for initiative and creativity and regulation of activities, clearly distinguished as the concept of “duty – responsibility – rights”
