Abstract

The article analyzes the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, devoted to the problems of mentality, in particular, the mentality of the Ukrainian people and their understanding of building social and state legal relations. The basic criteria that fundamentally influence the formation of the people's consciousness and its implementation in the behavior of society are considered, and therefore how they directly influence the regulation of the state legal relations. Awareness of the mentality of one's people enables one to become more aware of one's national destination in a world of different nationalities, as well as laying the foundations for respect for other people, while knowing and understanding one's own roots. The purpose of the research was to investigate theoretical, natural and philosophical cognition and assessment of problematic issues the mentality of people trying to use the mentality and in private comparison with its mentality of people in the world, through the Cosmos, Logos and Psyche. Superiorities, philosophical ideas and principles, fundamental categories and concepts, even in ordinary everyday life, allow us to get into the essence of the mentality of the people. The process of transformation of nature by man or the adaptation of man to this nature is expressed in the form of culture, which is a reference to the mentality of the people. After all, human mentality is human belonging (the technical way of knowing nature, the result of which is culture) to the nature that belongs to human. Culture appears as a certain technique or tool developed in the course of human life and in the human history
