Abstract

The concept and content of systematization as a legal phenomenon is analyzed in the article. It was found that systematization is the activity of streamlining regulatory acts, bringing them into a particular system by drafting single acts or their collections. Nowadays the system of sports legislation is imperfect, containing a large number of legal collisions and legal gaps. It is revealed that a large array of rules of law governing the legal relations in the field of sports in Ukraine is regulated by the rules contained in most fundamental branches of law of Ukraine (administrative, civil, labor, economic, etc.), and in this regard subjects of sports legal relations often have to use the analogy of jurisprudence or the analogy of law. It is established that legal relations in the field of sports require the creation of new rules of law that will optimally reflect the needs of the time, adequately respond to the challenges of society. The main forms of systematization of the rules of law are also outlined and characterized in the article. The most possible variants of systematization of the rules of law in the field of sports are given and such expediency is proved. The systematization of the rules of law in the sports field will be the most effective through the codification of legal acts. It is important, primarily to ratify all necessary rules of international sports law into the system of Ukrainian legislation, and then, with the help of a special kind of codification to unify as much as possible into one normative legal act (the sports code of Ukraine or the basics of sports legislation of Ukraine) the rules of law governing sports legal relations in Ukraine
