Significant phase in learning criminality lies in establishing its determination. The notion determination reflects common link, interconnection and mutual conditionality of subjects, phenomenon and processes. Causality as a core of determination in the sphere of general science means only the link, where one phenomenon in particular conditions recreate and produce another one. If the reason causes consequence (criminality, crime), then the conditions as a variety of determination can cause this, providing possibilities of the reason deeds. Interconnection between reasons and conditions lead to the result (crime). Thus, realization and the establishment of crime determination depend on the creation of a complex of measures for crime prevention. Therefore, the research of a determinant of terroristic criminality gives opportunity to create an integral system of preventing terrorism and distinguish common contradictions that are peculiar to terrorism and other forms of social conflicts. The objective of the study is the establishment of a determinant of terroristic criminality. It is examined in the article that terroristic criminality has activated since 2014 and is of political nature. At this time the following activities are traced: 1) protests, connected with unsatisfied politics of government and President of that period concerning postponing signing Treaty of Association between Ukraine and EU; 2) creating and further activity on the territory of Donetsk and Lugansk oblasts terroristic organizations “Donetsk national republic” and “Lugansk national republic”; 3) aggressive politics of Russian Federation directed on disintegration and destabilization of our state. The author analyzes that the determinants of terroristic criminality should be considered in the complex of social phenomenon, combined actions of which it generates. On one hand, the determinants of terroristic criminality in Ukraine are combined with political terrorism, on the other hand – considerable spectrum of prerequisite connected with drawbacks in social and economic sphere, exacerbation of inner political conflicts, faults in national politics etc.
