Abstract

Special features of court decisions in administrative cases are disclosed in the article. The court decision which is aimed at protecting rights, freedoms and interests of individuals, rights and interests of legal entities in the sphere of public and legal relations from violations by state authorities and other entities during the exercise of their managerial administrative functions is analyzed. The principles of judicial administration by administrative courts are considered. The legitimacy of court decisions in the administrative process is substantiated
