Abstract
The securities institute in particular, and the field of trade and exchange law in general, are significant in scope and content of the layers of civil law science. Recently, due to the rapid development of globalization processes, legal relations with securities encumbered by a foreign element are becoming more and more relevant, and therefore they are automatically subject to the regulation of international private law. The past has left many useful clues to help representatives of the complex field of international private law. Іnternational private law is largely customary regulated, since it arose under international private law when it was not called by anyone, and only then reciprocated by national legal systems. All this points need for a true knowledge of civilistics in close connection with history, especially antique, and knowledge of foreign trade and exchange law, on the basis of medieval legal doctrine, separate elements of which are valid sources of private international law. Despite such close inter-sectoral links, there are few domestic international private law studies dedicated to the study of historical sources of their own science. There are no more articles exploring international private law in history-legal terms. This scientific material is intended to contribute to the expansion and deepening of knowledge in the field of genesis and evolution of the source base of legal regulation of the securities market.
