Abstract
The article defines the concept and basic problems of national security of the state and the spread of international terrorism in Ukraine in the context of ensuring an adequate level of national security. The main factors that influence the level of national security and the key problems of ensuring its sufficient level are considered. The state of national security of the state and tendencies in the formation of organized crime are highlighted. The main destabilizing factors, threats and risks influenced by the level of national security are analyzed. The diagnostics of the level of national security have been carried out and the level of internal and external threats has been proved. In order to find ways of Ukraine’s exit from the financial and economic crisis and to strengthen the national security of the state, the study of the impact and the relationship of organized crime and terrorism in the country on the state of national security has been conducted. The interconnection and interdependence between international terrorism and transnational organized crime are investigated. The main types and signs of financial crime are analyzed. The main threats and risks to the national security of Ukraine are outlined. It is established that in the strategic perspective, deepening of counteraction to financial crimes will become an integral part of the state and public mechanism for strengthening national security. In order to strengthen national security and prevent financial crime and terrorism, it is proposed to improve the legislation of the state in the area of strengthening the responsibility for criminal offenses; carrying out systematic monitoring of the regulatory decision making system taking into account the risks of illegalization of the external and internal sectors
