Abstract
The article is theoretically substantiated and empirically proved the peculiarities of the interconnection of managerial styles, the motivation to the success of the management’s effectiveness and the ways of behavior in the conflict situation in the staff of the educational environment and the influence of the main demographic indicators on them. Correlation and factor analysis of data are carried out. The comparative description of the peculiarities of the determinants of evaluation of the behavior of the head for subordinates of persons of different ages, persons with different work experience and men and women is given. It was found that for the pedagogical team, the average level of motivation for success with a tendency to high is characteristic, which indicates a high potential for the development of the teaching staff. Collectives are dominated by democratic governance. Low ratings were received by the liberal and authoritative management of the labor collective. Among the methods and methods of behavior in a conflict situation, the pedagogical team was dominated by rivalry and cooperation, and to a lesser extent, it used the modes of behavior in a conflict situation of avoidance and adaptation. There are also differences in socio-demographic factors. Younger teachers have higher levels of motivation for success, more democratic governance and cooperation to deal with conflict situations, have better management effectiveness, and feel that subordinates prefer leadership attitudes toward them. Senior managers are more inclined to use an authoritarian style of management. Moreover, men experienced higher management effectiveness and a greater tendency to use cooperation in conflict situations
