Abstract

The article examines the peculiarities of the tactics of the conduct of minors as a preventive police measure, emphasizes the complexity of interrogation of juveniles, emphasizes the specificity of the psychology of the formation of testimonies, age and individual characteristics, character, temperament, skills, habits, education in the family, etc. Data characterizing the identity of a minor allows him to predict his behavior during interrogation, to choose tactically correct his direction, to evaluate the reliability of the testimony of the interrogator. The tactical actions of police officers during communication with the aforementioned category of citizens are investigated, as during such communication, the policeman can receive important information by which he will be able to terminate a certain type of offense as soon as possible, or to detain an individual, a group of persons who committed such an offense. Persons from whom a policeman may receive useful information include those who witnessed the unlawful conduct of other persons, victims, persons known to be aware of facts or circumstances of committing crimes or administrative misconduct from other persons, persons who may have knowledge of the causes and circumstances accidents with people, accidents in transport, violations of the rules of operation and handling of objects of high danger, etc. An algorithm for interviewing minors is identified, which is extremely important, since with the correct construction of the police tactics, the policeman achieves the desired results, in particular: the correct direction of the investigation; collects material that can lead to the punishment of a guilty person or the prompt release of innocent, etc. The components considered in detail, which should include tactical actions of a policeman during a survey of minors, are considered in detail. The stages of conducting the polling process are described, which enable tactfully to correctly construct communication with a person for more complete information about the event that witnessed this person
